Who we are

Utilyzed is an independent analytics platform for battery energy storage and distributed energy. This notice covers utilyzed.com, the public website. Client work runs on separate, access-controlled systems under each client’s agreement.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions. The name, work email, company, role, and message you type into the form. The form collects only what you type.
• Standard server logs. The server logs each request with an IP address, timestamp, requested path, and browser user agent.

This website sets no cookies.

Why we collect it

We use it to answer inquiries and to evaluate requests for access. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. This site runs no cross-site tracking.

Where it goes

Cloudflare serves the pages. The form posts to our Cloudflare Worker, which screens spam with Cloudflare Turnstile and then sends the message to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery service. No other third party receives form contents.

How long we keep it

We keep an inquiry record while we evaluate and answer the request. Cloudflare deletes server logs on its standard retention schedule.

Your choices

Email info@utilyzed.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We delete the record when you ask.

Security and data handling

HTTPS encrypts traffic between your browser and this site. We hold no security certification. If we obtain one, we will name it here.

Changes to this notice

We record a material change here and move the effective date at the top. We keep no notification list, so check that date when you come back.
