What this website collects, why we collect it, where it goes, and how to have it removed. In plain English, because there is not much of it.
Who we are
Utilyzed is an independent analytics platform for battery energy storage and distributed energy. This notice covers utilyzed.com, the public website. Client work happens on separate, access-controlled infrastructure and is governed by the agreement in place with that client.

What we collect
- Contact form submissions. The name, work email, company, role, and message you type into the form. Nothing is prefilled and nothing is inferred about you.
- Standard server logs. Requests to the site are logged with an IP address, timestamp, requested path, and browser user agent: the ordinary record any web server keeps.
- Cookieless site analytics. Aggregate page-view counts that do not identify individuals and do not follow you to other sites.
This website sets no cookies.
Why we collect it
Two reasons, and no others: responding to inquiries, and evaluating requests for access. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and there is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.
Where it goes
The site runs on Cloudflare, which serves the pages and provides the cookieless analytics described above. Form submissions are delivered to our own inbox. Spam screening uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission came from a person rather than a script. We do not pass form contents to any other third party.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept only as long as we need them to evaluate and respond, and they are deleted on request. Server logs age out on the hosting provider’s ordinary schedule.
Your choices
Email info@utilyzed.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. A deletion request is honored: there is no retention interest here that outweighs it.
Security and data handling
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Client work product lives behind access-controlled infrastructure kept separate from this website, under the terms of the relevant engagement. We do not claim certifications we do not hold, and this page will say so plainly if that ever changes.
Changes to this notice
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. There is no notification list, so the date at the top of the page is the record.
